Bugiri, Uganda
On September 23, 2023 Bishop Pastor Isaac Sifuna, from the Bless Ministries Church of Bugiri in Bugiri, Uganda, opened our second Manthano School of Ministries in the country of Uganda. They registered 26 student with 8 staff members to administer the school.
