Religious organizations maintain it is necessary to have a written constitution or bylaws for governing their organization and implementing proper registration of their ministry, as required by their local and national governments.  Bless Ministries of Mobile, Alabama, USA, does not require either a constitution or bylaws because we use the Holy Word of God as our rule of faith and practice.  In so doing, we elect to not have any other written statements or agreements that set standards or otherwise, than that of the Bible.

 

Because all local churches or ministry organizations that claim Jesus Christ as the Savior, and head of the Church, according to Ephesians 5:23 and Colossians 1:18, they are independent and autonomous from any and all earthly powers, as we have chosen to follow the head of all Christian government, Jesus Christ, and not subject ourselves to unnecessary contracts or agreements from any entity.       

 

This does not preclude Bless Ministries of Mobile, Alabama, USA, from cooperating with local, state, and national governments, of any country or nation, as a matter of trust and truthfulness in organizational practices.  We simply choose to use this statement as our component of clarity to express any legal justification that might be demanded upon us for registration or otherwise.
